Also known in Hebrew as “haarei  Yehuda”, it’s one of Israel’s most scenic areas. Once upon a time this specific area was heavily populated, and hosted countless famous Biblical events including the battle of David and Goliath. The nation would pass this way to make three pilgrimages a year to Jerusalem.
Today, the area is a tranquil expanse dotted with vineyards, wineries, open fields, local breweries, wild nature and human settlements.
